About This Report

This is your first AI Enablement update.

Going forward, you'll receive a weekly briefing covering the full portfolio. This first edition orients you to the work — one slide per project, no jargon.

📊

Portfolio Health

Every active project with its current status — active, planned, or blocked. At a glance, you'll know what's moving and what needs attention.

🚀

What's Shipping

The tangible things being built each week — features live, milestones hit, pilots running. Written in plain English, not engineering language.

🎯

Decisions Needed

Open questions that need VP-level input. Blockers that require escalation. This is where your time matters most each week.

Today's agenda: We'll walk through all 7 active projects — what each is, why it exists, and current status. Expect ~2 minutes per project. Future reports will zoom in on progress and flag decisions.

Project 01 of 07

EBR Presentation
Suite

A CSM types "prep EBR for Torchy's" — and the system handles everything. Raw data in, polished, on-brand HTML presentation out.

In Progress
Why it exists
CSMs currently spend 15+ hours per EBR. This project automates the entire process — pulling from raw data sources, researching live market signals, and weaving the story together in a polished, client-specific presentation. No data warehouse required.
Current Status
Torchy's pilot active. Slide-by-slide review completed Apr 6 — deck described as "super sleek." Data accuracy corrections underway before Thursday dry run with Syndi.
Key Facts
  • 4 data streams: SQL usage, Zendesk tickets, Gong calls, LMS training
  • Rollout: US Enterprise → EMEA → Emerging → SMB one-pagers
  • EBR structure redesigned: client-first narrative, not 7 slides about Fourth
Core Team
David (AI) · Caleb (CS Ops) · Syndi (Enterprise CS sponsor) · Ryan & Evan (CSM pilots) · Jeff (support data)

Project 02 of 07

Marketing /
Enterprise Brain

A centralised AI knowledge base for Sales, CS, and Marketing — single source of truth for messaging, imagery, playbooks — with a growing suite of GTM tools built on top.

In Progress
Why it exists
Sales reps build decks in days. AI with the right knowledge builds them in minutes. The Brain ensures every tool — deck builder, RFP accelerator, brand voice — pulls from one approved source of truth. No hallucinated product names.
Current Status
Deck builder is first leadership deliverable. V1 HotSchedules pitch deck targeting this week's review. Enterprise Brain on Azure DB + MCP connectors (works across Claude, Copilot, Teams, ChatGPT).
Tool Suite Being Built
  • Deck builder — on-brand SMB + ENT pitch decks in minutes
  • RFP process accelerator
  • Product brochure generation (full product base)
  • Brand tone-of-voice tools (emails, scripts, voicemails)
  • Fourth Translator — brand voice scoring + rewriting (modular, attached to Brain)
AI Tools Task Force
David · Mike Calo (PMM Director) · Nick (Brand) · Barry (UK & Sales) — weekly Wednesdays 10am ET

Project 03 of 07

Fourth Connect

A presentation hosting platform for Fourth. Upload an HTML presentation, get a shareable URL. Clients and team members can comment on specific slides, in real time — no more emailing PowerPoint files.

In Progress
Why it exists
The EBR Builder and Marketing Brain both produce HTML presentations — Fourth Connect is where they live. It replaces PowerPoint with shareable, version-controlled, commentable presentations. Think Figma, but for slide decks.
Current Status
Phase 1 MVP in progress — 6–8 week build. Target: upload → share → comment. PDF download and light mode completing this week for pilot readiness.
Key Capabilities
  • Shareable URLs — internal & client-facing
  • Figma-style threaded comments, anchored to specific slides
  • Microsoft SSO for internal users, magic link for clients
  • RBAC: Admin / Editor / Viewer / Guest
  • Containerised on Railway → migrating to Azure
Phasing
Phase 1: Upload → share → comment (MVP)
Phase 2: CLI publish, auto-publish from skills
Phase 3: Presenter mode, analytics, custom domain

Salesforce MCP
Connector

Per-user Salesforce access inside Claude — built on Azure with Microsoft Entra ID identity. This is the proof-of-concept that unlocks every future enterprise connector Fourth builds.

Planned · Build Underway
Why it exists
Most AI tools use a shared service account — one login that sees everything. This connector uses per-user identity so every Salesforce query runs under the user's own credentials. Real audit trails. Permission-aware. Proper governance from day one.
Current Status
Architecture finalised. Token exchange flow via Entra ID confirmed. FastMCP framework selected. IT ticket for Entra ID app creation submitted and marked urgent — this is the critical path item.
Technical Decisions
  • FastMCP — used by 70% of all MCP servers globally
  • Token exchange via Microsoft Entra ID (not JWT / service account)
  • Deployed to Azure — aligns with IT governance
  • BLOCKER: IT Entra ID app creation ticket — everything gates on this
Strategic Significance
Salesforce is Connector #1. Once this pattern is validated, it becomes the template for every future MCP connector — Zendesk, HubSpot, ServiceNow, internal APIs. The architecture decision here compounds.

Project 05 of 07

Agent-Arch
Platform

A live platform for Fourth's AI Architect Team — tracking agents, tasks, decisions, and governance across the Microsoft Agent Ecosystem. Also serves as the centralised registry for MCPs, Skills, and Plugins across the organisation.

In Progress
Why it exists
As Fourth's agent portfolio grows across teams and platforms, there's no central place to see what's deployed, what's planned, and what decisions have been made. Agent-Arch is that coordination layer — purpose-built for the AI architecture function.
Current Status
Maintenance and stabilisation phase. Major cleanup session completed March 21 — CI pipeline fixed, 29 ESLint errors resolved, all stale branches deleted. Repo is clean. 3 dependency upgrades remaining.
What It Tracks
  • Deployed agents across Microsoft ecosystem
  • Meeting notes and decision log (rich text editor)
  • MCP Servers dashboard + Knowledge Library
  • Tasks, owners, governance documentation
⚠ Blocker
IT authorisation pending for subscription-level access — required to surface AI Tool spend reporting inside the platform. Component is built; awaiting IT ticket resolution.
Stack
Next.js + FastAPI + Azure Cosmos DB + Azure SQL · Hosted on Azure Static Web Apps + Container Apps (West Europe)

AI Tool
Standardization

Establishing how Fourth builds, versions, distributes, and governs AI tools — for both developer teams and business users. The governance framework that makes everything else scale.

In Progress · Deadline Apr 30
Why it exists
Without a framework, every team builds their own AI tools their own way — no reuse, no governance, no security standards. This project sets the rules of the road so the AI programme can scale without becoming a liability.
What's Been Decided
  • GitHub as single source of truth for all AI tooling
  • Two-repo architecture: ai-artifactory (engineering) + fourth-ai-toolkit (business)
  • Claude as primary dev platform — port to others as they mature
  • MCP servers hosted in Azure AI Landing Zone
  • Project-level plugin distribution (not enterprise-wide push)
Two Audiences, Two Strategies
Business users (Sales, CS, Marketing) — pre-built tools, no GitHub required. Tools are discoverable and distributed via the Agent-Arch Platform.

Developer users — fine-grained control, tools versioned in GitHub (ai-artifactory), opt-in per project
Participants
David · Edward Becker · Mark Beynon · Georgi Hristov · Boyan Asenov

Fourth Workbook

An executive intelligence workbook — an AI-powered layer that gives senior leadership structured insight and decision support, tailored to Fourth's strategic context.

In Progress
Why it exists
Leaders need intelligence, not just information. The Workbook applies AI to surface the right context, the right analysis, and the right framing — so senior decisions are made with full picture, not partial data.
Current Status
Project is active. Full brief and scope to be fleshed out in the coming sprint. Will be a standing agenda item in future weekly reports once detail is populated in Notion.
Connections to Other Projects
  • Fourth Connect — delivery vehicle for workbook outputs
  • Enterprise Brain — knowledge source feeding executive context
  • Agent-Arch Platform — governance visibility
Next Step
Define the brief, scope, and owner in Notion. Add to next report with full project detail.

Items requiring VP-level attention, escalation, or awareness this week.

Salesforce Connector: IT Blocker
Urgent

IT ticket for Entra ID app creation has been submitted and marked urgent. Everything about the Salesforce MCP Connector — and every future enterprise connector — gates on this response. The architecture is ready; we're waiting on IT.

Awaiting IT — flag if needed
AI Tool Standardization — April 30 Deadline
22 Days

The governance framework for all AI tooling across Fourth is due April 30. Key open items: single vs. multi-container for MCPs, enterprise-level push policy, and AI Foundry integration approach. Cross-functional sign-off needed before deadline.
