Automates the full EBR preparation process for CSMs. Pulls from four live data streams — SQL product usage, Zendesk support tickets, Gong call recordings, LMS training data — synthesises a client-specific narrative, and produces a polished, on-brand presentation delivered through Fourth Connect. The CSM reviews and personalises; the system does the gathering and building.

A custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) server builds a live connection between Salesforce and every Fourth AI tool. Once live, any AI tool in the Fourth ecosystem can query Salesforce data in real time — account status, deal stage, contact history — with no manual export or copy-paste. This unblocks GTM Risk V2, Sales Brain, and any AI workflow that needs live CRM context.

Pulls support ticket data from Zendesk as one of four data streams feeding into EBR preparation. Surfaces support history, resolution patterns, and open ticket trends within the EBR narrative — giving CSMs a complete picture of the client's support experience without manual extraction.

Note: this is a data integration, not a standalone support AI tool. A dedicated Support use case — ticket triage, response suggestion, escalation routing — has not been scoped yet but is a logical next step as the connector pattern matures.

Which HotSchedules customer locations fall within 25 miles of FIFA World Cup 2026 venues and fan-fest sites across 11 US host cities? A 4-stage geocoding pipeline built on free public APIs — US Census, Nominatim, Photon — processed the full customer base and tier-tagged every match. Delivered as a 22,000-row Excel workbook to Christian (CTO) via Kristina.

What this demonstrates: AI Enablement as a credible analyst surface for executive-level data asks — not just engineering tooling. End-to-end delivery in one week. Zero API spend.
